A new office landscape has taken shape in Hamburg, embracing the principles of modern work culture and supporting forward-thinking ways of working. JOI-Design has created open, flexible spaces focused on interaction, functionality and wellbeing.

The environment is purposefully designed to foster communication and collaboration. Homely zones with soft materials and natural tones create a welcoming atmosphere. Clusters of workstations combined with bookshelves featuring rounded edges provide space for both focused work and spontaneous conversation.

A standout feature is the spacious rooftop terrace offering views of Hamburg’s City Hall, paired with a calming blue colour palette that promotes relaxation while visually reflecting the brand’s identity.

A large communal table invites teams to gather for meals or collaborative sessions. The bar and billiards area offers space for creative breaks, informal exchanges, as well as larger team meetings and presentations.

High-quality natural materials have been used throughout – including wooden flooring, wool carpets, organic upholstery and an abundance of greenery – resulting in a healthy, inspiring workspace that is both functional and inviting.
