Authentically Hamburg: Stadthaus Restaurant and Bar opened earlier this year in the Steigenberger Hotel Hamburg.

This 260 m² venue merges urban charm with culinary creativity, offering a modern take on the classic steakhouse. At its heart is a show kitchen where open fire grilling over hot coals adds flair and encourages interaction between guests and chefs. Fresh herbs like basil, rosemary, and thyme enhance the sensory experience.

The restaurant aims to revive Hamburg's Fleet Island as a vibrant social hub. Its thoughtful design connects 169 indoor and 60 outdoor seats, with sliding doors opening onto a veranda in warmer weather. Cozy seating niches provide intimate spaces, while communal tables near the show kitchen encourage lively group interactions.

Elegant globe lamps, high-quality copper lights, and warm wood tones blend modern and rustic elements to create a stylish, welcoming atmosphere. At the bar, black-and-white tiles and intricate wooden paneling add to the unique visual identity.
