As designers, we bear the responsibility to create inspiring places for society. Places that foster connection and exchange, ignite creativity, and make joy tangible. VILVIF is exactly such a place. More than just a residence, it is a home for seniors who want to live actively, creatively, and in community.

JOI-Design has created a living environment in the vibrant HafenCity that reflects Hamburg's proximity to the water: soft blue tones, warm wood, and flowing forms reminiscent of waves create a calm, timeless atmosphere.

The VILVIF concept includes cozy living rooms with fireplaces, a library, an atelier for hobbies, a fitness club, and a true spa with a pool. These spaces provide room for new experiences, encounters, and well-being. Lecture rooms and open meeting areas invite people to connect, whether with new friends, family, or guests at the restaurant.

VILVIF stands for a consciously designed life in a new chapter. A place for a generation that still has much to experience and enjoys every moment to the fullest.
