Rock-n-roll Moxy meets chilled-out Residence Inn in Munich’s trendy Werksviertel quarter
Opposites attract. In Munich, neon pink and taupe now go hand-in-hand. Following their successful cooperation on the dual-branded Moxy and Residence Inn property in Frankfurt, Swiss operator SV Group called on JOI-Design again to interpret this model for its Plaza development in Werksviertel, Munich’s former factory district. The high-energy Moxy hotel is as much a contrast as it is a complement to the extended-stay apartments next door.
