Thanks to our many years of experience in hotels, gastronomy, wellness/fitness/leisure and themed concepts for large-scale projects, we have the expertise to develop cohesive spaces that integrate the interests of operators (functional), investors (budgetary) and their marketing goals.

Guided by JOI-Design‘s hospitality design principles and decades of experience, our team always creates specific, individualised solutions for each space – grounded in the firm belief that design is the best concierge for outstanding and sustainably impressive results! (and not an artistic end in itself).

In close coordination with building services, kitchen consultants, architects and other parties involved with a project’s construction, we continuously develop and refine evolving designs until ready for implememnetation. The result is precise plans ready to go out to tender and suitable for construction.

We can provide documentation appropriate for either German specification principles (including mass data) or the Anglo-Saxon tendering approach for general contractors with detailed specifications for materials, products and exact drawings, but without mass determination. International diversification guarantees the best possible pricing across world markets.

If clients wish, our experienced construction site managers can fully coordinate the scheduling, costs and quality levels of individual trades. Alternatively, our involvement can be limited to artistic project control (checking for compliance with the design) and snagging for execution quality.

More than ever, the hotel industry needs cross-industry expertise and, above all, coherent concepts with consistent advice. This is a good thing, because JOI-Design has many strings to its bow.
